So far..

So good. Plenty of surf, not quite head high.
Surfed my first heat at 11, took 2nd off of one great left and three decent rights.
Weather is so so with high clouds, about 66 I guess.
Oregon is deep here, 16 of us camped out on the beach, 5 guys from Coos were in the contest, with three advancing so far.
I am sitting on the beach, in front of the fire...
Life is good.
