Transitions

Winter...
Darkness.
The transition into the Dark Season is tough for me, very little daylight plus the incessant rain means that depression is just around the corner...lol.
Sorta.
No surf for me in the last two weeks.
Depressing.
I have shaped a bit lately though.
But glassing will have to wait till I get the heater set up together, I can't make the same mistakes I have made in the past, trying to glass when its simply too cold.
It creates dry spots in the lam as the resin runs a bit before setting up.
Learned the hard way.
While the hotcoat will fill any voids, I was still left with weaker lams.

Anyway, I have to work some today, painting, etc so I am off for the weekend.
Life is good.
Winter is 1/8th over.
Yay.
