Up

All Hail the Queen of the Phunny Pharm...
Brian, Bear and me on drums in the background.
Ain't Boxxy but SueBee is a wonderful spirit and I am lucky to know her.

Had way too much fun yesterday out in crumbly waist high peaks. Swapping boards, stoke, all of it. A few racetrack waves around my favorite rocks, some hard slams in a foot of water, all fun. Ran out of board on a 9'2", cross step to five over and then..and then, hey? Where do I put my other foot? Not my first unintentional one footed five over but I am so used to cross stepping a 10'0", I just ran out of board.
No, I didn't pull it.
Up early to pack, rack and stack. Crystal and Stella are off to belly dance camp and I am Northbound.
North.
No worries.Yes, I get chicks...

Rogers, Arkansas is the cheapest place to live in America.
Just so you know.

Dumped a drama queen off of FB because drama queens are useless, I need one like a fish needs a bicycle. I then received 13 calls from said drama queen.
I then went to the chans and had the /b/ do some fun things.
Her page doesn't look so good this morning. what with all of the horse porn.
Crackerhead.

Uh, lets see...
Taking my lucky hat cuz I am going to need it. need to get a sixer of Rogue something for my neighbor who is taking care of the animals for me. Of course, I may be back Saturday...
Nah, gonna hang around and see what happens. Most of the guys I will be surfing with up there I have never met. One other surfer/shaper I kind of know but otherwise, lots of new faces.
Be a good weekend to hit other spots as a good part of the crew will be otherwise entertained.
I have till Monday, a faster car and I would be in SC.
I hope the goody swag bag has wax in it for I have none.
Whats a surfer doing without wax?
Dunno.

I heard another local boy is shaping his own now, I saw one from a distance, way better glasser than me, no doubt. I mean way.
Better surfer than me too really.

C and I talked about the move again last night, I don't know if it's part of her new awakening lately but she seems positive about it. My Granny, who now lives in Arizona, had not much nice to say about her hometown.
If any one can dis the Bay, its a 80 year old woman who was born and raised in same.
Hmmm.

Oz looks difficult unless we shipwreck.
"Yeah, we, uh, well we wrecked our boat see so we are kinda stuck here and by the way, which way to Kirra?"
Ah, Kirra...I was 16 my first trip there, Rabbit was a hero. Never saw him there but I did my best to emulate his down the line drives.
Only to eat sand, a lot. Kirra was a racetrack, no doubt.
I surfed Bells that trip too but it was small and not really good.

Well, off to see the Wizard, burn some CD's for the trip up...gotta have tunage that's fitting.
These days, I am listening to The Outlaws before a paddle, Green Grass and high tides, don't know why, just a cool tune.
Fits my new found optimism.
Optimism.
Me?
Yes.
You can be cynical without being bitter, trust me.
Well, it's an hour from light out, chickens are thinking it's time to eat but it's always time to eat when you are a chicken.
Same with all of these damn cats.

So...see ya, do the right thing, go left when you need to, go straight for the joke.
What? You don't yell out "straight!" after the other guys claim the left or right from the peak?
Man, you are missing out.

Have a great weekend, I really mean that.
