Crystal is off to Portland and Salem for some belly dance shows, making the weekend of it up there, staying at her sisters and catching up with others who have moved to the big city.

Since our house is now the 'die here' house, we decided to get an early start on the greening process.
We have already converted some of the systems, now on to the bigger stuff.
We installed composting toilets at the house we rehabbed in Montana, along with greywater systems. Of course, here in the land of permits and obstruction, we get to jump through hoops and fee's and permits and get to deal with assholes who wouldn't know how to nail together a shoebox.

Or something.
But thanks to Recode and other groups, doing greywater and having the system stamped isn't that hard...here.
Try it in Portland though...ugh.
So a busy weekend, might get some surf in, with any luck.
